Pricey, but worth the price! 5/5🤩🤩 CORN ‘n CHEESE 👍🏻 Roasted bone marrow with corn and cheese. What a great starter! A5 STRIPLOIN (Dry-Aged) 🤤 The highest-class dry-aged cuts that you must try! The steak is super tender and juicy, it just melts in your mouth. Feels like eating upgraded salmon sashimi, but a steak. However this time, mine is a bit over-grilled. It was supposed to be medium-rare, but turns out to be medium. WAGYU RISERVA 9+ ZABUTON (Wet-Aged) Another must-try steak. Super tender and juicy, but the A5 Striploin is still the best. Of course lah, A5 is 2x Zabuton price. Ps: you can take away your salts. There are 5 different salts, my own favorite is the truffle one.
