All the dish was magnificent. - bone marrow pasta: Love the texture of the bone marrow pasta. It has crunchiness on it, rich of flavor, and love the aroma of trufflem - pork chorrizo: love the sauce. Spicy, but not over, rich of flavor, the meat also really good - truffle truffle: its really good. At first i think the truffle aroma will overwhelm the other aroma. But surprisingly it was balanced with another aroma. They has a sweet taste from caramel, truffle aroma, and chocolate flavor. Overall, its quite expensive. But they really offer you an unique dish that i think will be difficult to find in another resto.
