This was the first time I ate Aomori Ramen, and I was very satisfied. I ordered two dishes: 1. Aomori Ramen: The broth was balanced between the curry and the chicken broth. Perfectly velvety during the first sip of the broth, which brought me to surprise as I expected that the curry broth would be the dominant one. The chicken chashu was tender and nicely marinated. Will be added to one of my favorite ramens. However, the egg yolk of the ajitama was a bit too cooked. (Odd enough because the white part was still a bit undercooked) 2. Kaarage Nanban: Just okay, could be more crispy. 3. Grilled Corn: The butter and parmesan made this corn lowkey the star of the night. Definitely will order this again for my next visit. The indoor space is small, which creates a comfortable and warm ambience. The service is also good.
