Cauliflower steak was amazing 5/5, salmon cooked perfectly the sauce quite tasty 4/5, tiger prawn amazing presentation love the palenta at the bottom taste good 5/5 , blackened wagyu tongue bigger than expected , sauce need improvement, looks great , expecting more from this dish 3/5
