The broth of the ramen was quite thick and salty, even though it was a chicken based soup. The straight ramen was perfectly cooked and didn't get soggy until the end of the meal. It was topped with soft chicken breast and perfectly runny-in-the-middle shoyu marinated egg. Chicken karaage was a nice addition, it was crispy and flavourful. The only down side that there were some lumps of raw potato starch inside the karaage.
