At par with the rest of the hotel standards...obnoxious obsequious fake politeness (keep invading my privacy for no reason, but forgot to bring ginger with the Xiao long bao..), hakao ok, very oily and strangely presented turnip, dry Xiao long bao-with chicken by the way-)...Glad I had a voucher to use and I needed a quick brunch :)
