This cafe is located on the top floor of Yello Hotel Manggarai, easily reachable by public transport. Food was cheap but subpar. Seems to have a live band every weekend, but can be a bit loud. The landscape view towards the South Jakarta skyscrapers can be fantastic on a good day, so I suggest you come at dusk when the sunset is going to be perfect. For under 100K/person it's a bargain ofc, but as a rooftop it's also not high enough. Just an okay rooftop if you're on a tight budget.
