I haven't seen sandwich dipped into beef jus in Jakarta, so I was curious to try out their specialty. Ordered their beef dip with french baguette with a side of french fries and spicy sausage rigatoni. The french baguette was crispy on the outside but it was too soft (for a baguette) inside. The positive side, it was able to soak up all the beef jus because it was soft. The beef was quite generous, quite good meat to bread ratio. The beef was perfectly seasoned and when it was combined with the beef jus, the flavour was elevated. The rigatoni was al dente and the sausage was snappy and juicy. But unfortunately the spiciness was way too much for me. Overall a nice dining experience and would like to go back to explore more.
