This was our very first time to visit Wabi-Sabi Restaurant, they serve Japanese Fusion with Omakase Style and it’s complete experience for unplanned dinner course whilst avoiding traffic congestion around Kuningan Area. We took their Omakase Course with Sake Cocktails and Premium Sake Pairing. Everything on the Menu was prepared perfectly to fulfill our desire of delicacy in every single bites (highlighted dishes are Zuwaigani & Toro, Salmon Domino, Shiromi Tataki and Kinoko). The service of all the staffs were outstanding and the ambience was cozy. Special Thanks to Chef Patrick and Chef Hani for the complimentary pasta and dessert. Bravo Wabi-Sabi. Highly recommended.
