Terms & Conditions

• This program only applies to payments with the QR Pay PermataMobile X on Permata EDC machines at the attached Shihlin outlets.
• The program period is valid for 1 March - 31 December 2024.
• Valid every day.
• PermataPoin received is IDR 10K.
• PermataPoin will be credited to the first 1,000 Customers who make transactions every month during the program period.
• To get PermataPoin, Customers must make a transaction with the minimum amount of IDR 40K (forty thousand Rupiah) per transaction.
• 1 (one) customer is eligible to 1 (one) time PermataPoin during program period.
• Eligible transactions to get the PermataPoin are successful transactions.
• PermataPoin will be credited to the customers as late as 20 working days in the following month.
• Customers may check and verify the PermataPoin disbursement through PermataPoin dashboard on PermataMobile X.
• PermataPoin terms and conditions:
• 1 PermataPoin is equal to 1 Rupiah.
• PermataPoin cannot be transferred to other Customers with any method whatsoever.
• PermataPoin can be used as a source of funds for QR Payment.
• PermataPoin collected by Customers can be used until the end of the following year after Customers gain their latest point. (e.g. If a customer received his/her latest point on 27 September 2023, the points can be used until 31 December 2024).
• PermataBank’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
