Been curious to try this place out. So, when I visited Bandung, I went right in. I ordered 200 gr of smoked brisket set with fries, salad, pickles and chimicurri sauce. The brisket was smokey and juicy. It was soft and tender but you can still feel the meatiness. The fries and salad were good companion for the brisket. The chimicurri sauce gave a refreshing note to the brisket and cut down the richness. Overall, a very satisfying lunch and would love to go back for more.
