In this pic: - Shio Tonkotsu Ramen: order this with thin noodle. The meat is soft and tender, but somehow i think the soup is quite bland - tantan ramen: the soup is bland. I need to add more soy sauce to bring the flavor. And they use chasio for their tantanmen instead of minced meat. - chicken nanban: the chicken is not crunchy and not served hot. But actually the taste is good -gyoza: the gyoza was nice. Crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Idk, maybe i just chosen the wrong menu, or just not my lucky day. But somehow i dont feel any special in this place. While the price itself is similar with the other famous ramen in jakarta.
