Came here for lunch on weekdays, the place was a full house. The vibe and food is really good. Original Wagyu Don ⭐️: Came with thinly slice wagyu, caramelized onion, and perfectly cooked egg (runny and jiggly). Wagyu was tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned. And they gave a pretty decent portion of the wagyu too. Salmon skin crisp: Not your typical salmon skin. This one came with bits of salmon chunks and carrots. The salmon skin itself is crunchy but bland so you have to eat it together with the salmon chunks and carrots to get the flavor. Also the owner is very nice and gave a complimentary tester of a new menu they are currently tweaking (Curry ⭐️). It was very good and had a complex taste. Another must try when it comes out beside their original wagyu don.
