Trying their donburi since it just looks so good. I ordered the original wagyu don with added salmon sashimi and ocha. The food came with the wagyu on top of the rice, caramelized onion and poached egg. The meat tastes good, has potential. The meat is torched a bit, giving that smokey flavor. However, I feel like the meat is not meaty enough. You just don't feel like eating meat. The overall taste is good, mix the rice with the meat and onion, and with the egg yolk gushing out. But I feel like eating 1 time is enough. I'm probably going to try their chirashi next time.
