Acaii's collaboration with One Big Bite looks mouthwatering indeed. So I tried the sunny side sticky rice bowl, which consists of generous amount of savoury sticky rice on the bottom, graham crumbs, silky smooth coconut milk ice cream topped with thick mango sauce and crunchy semprong. The coconut milk ice cream steals the highlight, it was savoury with perfect amount of sweetness and the texture complements the dense sticky rice well. While the mango sauce gave extra refreshness to the dish. Truly a perfect bite every time!
