One of the better burger in town, but not the best for me. Tried 2 of their best sellers: Salt lake city (4/5): bun is soft but still has a bounce in it. Beef pastrami is so tender and delish. Beef patty is cooked to perfection as well (medium), but I found the patty rather bland and lack of seasoning (despite the name). A dash of salt and pepper to the patty would elevate the taste. Kim's convenience (4.5/5): use the same bun. Patty is pressed during the cooking process creating this thinner yet crispier, more caramelized edges that gives more flavor to it. It's also a bit spicy. What I like the most about their burger is that it's not too saucy
