Was curious about this bakery from Bali. So when they opened in Grand Indonesia, I was excited to try. Ordered their classic butter croissant pain au chocolate. Both of the pastry were too burnt on the outside for me. The layers were nice, but I don't really enjoy the taste of the butter they used in the dough. It was too buttery for me. The chocolate inside the pain au chocolate was okay, not overly sweet. I was a bit disappointed, but at least I tried. Maybe this place is just not for me.
