Since they released the locally made sweets and ice creams, I've been a fan of Chateraise. My favourites are the eclair, fuwa fuwa roll and the vanilla ice cream. The quality is great with affordable price. It's always fresh and on point. The eclair is filled with sweet creamy custard, which complemented the choux pastry well. While the fuwa fuwa roll is always soft, airy and fluffy. The vanilla ice cream doesn't taste like fake vanilla and it's not overly sweet. At the end of the day, my sweets craving is satisfied.
