Had a high expectation of this café / bakery. They had such an amazing review in their pastry. But it is true that expectation will kill you. Ordered their Wagyu Signature Croger (croissant burger), Pepito, Beef Ham & Cheese Croissant and Pure Freshness for the drink. The croger was okay, the texture was crispy and buttery like usual croissant. But the patty was overpowered by the chopped onion. This was the most okay tasting food I ordered. The review will only get worse down the line unfortunately. Next is the pepito. The texture was too mushy to be a pastry. The worst part is the taste. It was overly sweet your teeth hurt. Only need to eat one bite of it and your daily intake of sugar is fulfilled. The most disappointing was the croissant. I don't even dare to call it a croissant. When I cut it open, I was so confused. The outer part was crispy, but the inner layers were mushed together it looked like a bread instead of a croissant. Maybe it's a new invention, cread? (croissant x bread) The taste was okay, you can't go wrong with beef ham and cheese combination. I would be speechless if you can ruin those two too. Okay, enough negativity. The best thing I ordered today was the drink (wow). The name suits its taste, really a thirst quencher. The combination of watermelon and orange was suprisingly good and refreshing. Sorry for being too sassy on this review, just want to let out the disappointments. Maybe not going to try this place out for the second time.
