Since this restaurant is quite famous and almost always full on weekends, I have been putting this place on my bucket list for a while. Ordered their maguro hamburg since I rarely see this menu in other restaurants. The hamburg was huge, thick and has a good char outside. The texture was juicy and bouncy at the same time. The flavour was a bit fishy, but still managable. It was perfectly seasoned too. But after eating it for a while, I was bored of the hamburg. I was more impressed by my friend's chicken nanban set. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The chicken was coated with sweet and sour sauce, which blends nicely with the oniony nanban sauce. I was a bit disappointed but will come back to try their other dishes.
