One of the best peking duck in town! The skin was crispy and crackling on the outside, yet still got a very thin layer of duck fat. It melt in your mouth. While the meat was succulent and juicy. It was perfectly seasoned too. When you wrap the skin and the meat with the wrapper and their hoisin sauce, it's a perfect bite. The remainder of the meat can be cooked with other methods or sauces. Our choice was to make it into duck and napa cabbage soup. The broth was perfect for sweater weather, the duck meat was still juicy but unfortunately the saltiness was a bit saturated in the soup. Will definitely come back for the peking duck and I would love to try out their dimsum buffet.
