Visited this katsu restaurant after they opened for about a month. When we were entering the restaurant, the waiter warned us they were overwhelmed so it would take 30 minutes to prepare the food. We were still curious and weren't in a hurry so we decided to wait. But turned out that there were quite a lot of empty tables remained uncleaned. Kind of threw me a bit. Finally, we ordered their chicken katsu set and cheese chicken katsu set. They arrived around 40 minutes later. Both looked good and crispy. The original chicken katsu was crispy on the outside but bland on the inside. It needs more salt. While the cheese chicken katsu was better because of the cheese. Still a bit bland though. The katsu were nothing special. Maybe won't be coming back to this place since there are many places that are more worth it.
