Quite expensive meal considering it was a 5 star hotel. Food was over cooked or poorly handled. Grill Salmon fish head fresh is tough to bite. Deep fried soft shell crab soggy and not crispy. Grill Ribeye medium is so tough we hardly touch. Tempura shrimp bread isn’t authentic and tasteless. Grill miso Gindara only had soy sauce taste. Not done properly. No miso.
