Went to Paulaner on Saturday night, turned out there was a live music perfomance. The perfomance was very entertaining. Ordered their dark beer, wheat beer and Half Dozen Nuremberg Pork Sausages to share. Since I'm not a beer expert, I can't really talk about it. All I really can say is that I prefer the wheat beer than the dark beer because the dark beer was too bitter for me. The sausages were pretty decent. It was flavourful, snappy and juicy. The pork was seasoned perfectly. While the fries and sauerkraut on the side were good addition to the dish. I kinda wish I don't have to share the sausages, because it was too good!
