Pepper lunch is one of my comfort food. I've been coming to this place since high school and it never changes. I usually get their beef pepper rice or the hamburg. Today I wanted both, so I ordered the beef & hamburg cheesy sizzling rice with cheese creamy brown sauce. The beef was a bit fatty, while the hamburg was bouncy and juicy. Both topped with a dollop of savoury butter that elevated the beefy flavour. The cream sauce was creamy with a hint of sweetness at the end, while the brown sauce was savoury and a bit beefy. The combination of the sauce, the cheese, the rice and the beef was perfect, creating a perfect bite every time. Pepper lunch truly never disappoints.
