This is the greatest ramen in Jakarta the broth and ingredients have a distinct flavour! It's a bit of an adventure to find this Sai Ramen at the bottom of the ground eat at the Sampoerna Strategic branch. This resto has a small, tight, nice and aesthetic environment (not suitable for big members or numbers of people). With only IDR 50k already can get a nice taste ramen and free flow ocha! There's a waiting list and a bit of crowding if you arrive during lunch. In any case, you place your own orders at this self-serve restaurant that takes orders from the front, but the food is prepared by a chef. The ramen must be brought from the bar itself, the condiments must be finished at the table, you must drink the ocha for free until you are full, though there are other options that require payment, and when you are done, don't forget to bring it back to the bar. Most importantly, the table needs to be cleared of any used cutlery and bowls.
