My go-to katsu restaurant. Despite there are a lot katsu restaurants out there, but this one wins me every time. It is more affordable and always deliver good quality katsu. My usual order are Hire Katsu (tenderloin) and Senmai Katsu Cheese. While my partner always order their big bento, that is always changing according to the chef's special. The Hire Katsu consists of four pieces of thick-cut tenderloin pork cutlets. It was crispy and not greasy at all. The pork was tender and meaty. It was perfectly seasoned too. The Senmai Katsu Cheese in the other hand was thinner than the tenderloin. The sirloin pork was stuffed with melty mozzarella cheese. It was crispy too, but soft and tender on the inside. The cheese complements the pork well. I love the interior of this restaurant too. Small private rooms allow us introverts to relax and enjoy our meal more. Will always recommend this place to my friends and family who loves katsu.
