Was craving for green curry so we went to Santhai to get some. Ordered the chicken green curry and the shrimp dong. When the green curry arrived, it was smaller than I expected. The chicken chunks were quite generous though. Unfortunately, the green curry itself was a bit too sweet for my liking. The shrimp was marinated in soy sauce base liquid. It was plumpy and refreshing. The cilantro dressing on the side was sour, refreshing and complements the shrimp well.
