The best hot pot in town! They have supreme soups and high-quality hot pot ingredients. My favourite is their Special Pork Bone Soup, while my parents love their Chicken Herbal Soup. We usually ordered the US beef short plate, prawn paste, deep fried beancurd skin roll, and noodles. The pork bone soup is always on point. Rich of pork flavour and very comforting. The beef is always tender and not too fatty. The prawn paste was snappy and fresh. While the deep friend beancurd rolls are great no matter if you dip them into the soup or just eat them by themselves. The quality of Shu Guo Yin Xiang never disappoints. This place will leave you satisfied and warm every time.
