One of the best hotel buffets in Jakarta. My favourite is definitely the cheese naan. The thin naan, stuffed with generous amount of mozzarella, was a perfect combination to my palette. The cheese was savoury, a little bit salty, combined with charred yet soft naan. I haven't found any other cheese naan that could beat the cafe's. Other must get are cheese and sashimi. They have quite good cheese variation. My favourites are gouda and camembert. The sashimi are always fresh, I prefer the salmon than the tuna though, because sometimes the tuna are more veiny than the salmon. The pasta station was quite nice, I like their cream sauce pasta. Sometimes they have prime rib and I must get it too. Overall a very enjoyable buffet experience at the cafe.
