Since Grom left Indonesia, I haven't been able to find gelato as great as theirs. But Venchi's came close and was able to satisfy my palette. I got their dark chocolate flavour and hazelnut flavour. The bitterness from the dark chocolate was the perfect amount and it was chocolatey. While the hazelnut was creamy, nutty and not overly sweet. When you eat it together, it was wonderful. Just from a couple of bite, I can put Venchi on my top 5 gelato list in Jakarta.
