My favourite place to get my mala craving fixed. Since you ma you la is shu guo yin xiang's sister restaurant, I believe on their broth quality. The broth is always the star of the dish. Both mala and beef broth are rich, flavourful and comforting. The mala broth is still slurpable, unlike some places. I always order the mix soup, since I can't decide which broth that I want. The combination of the savoury broth and the cilantro are refreshing. The beef slices come in two variation: the leaner one and the fattier one. I love the leaner one and they cooked it perfectly every time. In the end, this place always left me satisfied.
