I am here to try their JDW 2024 menu, Plume, and will just focus solely on this menu only. Presentation resembles peacock, minimalist yet gets all the point across 🦚 Lemon mousse, blueberry star anise compote, lychee mousse, lychee jelly, maple sable, chocolate feathers. They have 2 parts to it. The upper part consist of lemon mousse and blueberry star anise compote. It works perfectly, acidic and sweet with a hint of licorice-y feel. The star anise gives the dish a whole new depth and taste combo. While the lower part consist of lychee mousse and lychee jelly covered with thin layer of white chocolate. It was just sweet after sweet jabs for me. Furthermore, they also add another sweet layer from the maple sable. When eaten seperately, they offers a richer flavor profile. However, unfortunately when eaten all together the smaller details were lost in translation and overwhelmed by sweetness. Price is IDR 85.000++ ehe
