Koi The is located on the ground floor, Sunter Mall. Here's my experience about my very first time buying a cup of drink at Koi The Sunter. I ordered a medium cup of Green Milk Tea with 25% of sugar and no ice to the cashier and made a payment. I didn't realize that I paid for a medium cup of Bubble Green Milk Tea. When they have prepared my drink and called my number, I came to the barista and he gave me the drink. I spontaneously said that I didn't order the bubble then the cashier came to me to appologize because he inputed the wrong menu, he asked the other barista to make the new one, and he gave me back IDR4,000 (because I paid more expensive than it should be). What a professional service! Keep it up!
