Server got the order wrong, but didn't want to take the blame. You guys didn't offer any other explanation beside me being the one who said the order wrong. Kakak2, pls understand, it was a bad experience for me too I was tired, hungry and just wanted to eat, I wondered if I was an entitled Karen but also couldn't accept getting the whole blame by a restaurant that should've provided a better service. I was actually willing to accept the 'wrong' order kok if you guys didn't just keep pushing the belief that I was the wrong one there. Aku juga ga bakal aji mumpung kok. Kayaknya sy komplainnya juga ga sambil teriak2 atau minta ganti menu yang jauh lebih mahal. Emang ada modus baru penipuan resto apa gmn sampe harus defensif dari awal? Terus kenapa menghindar kasih penjelasan yang enak kayak kalian males banget nih jawabin customer repot? Why did you guys have to be so defensive from the start?
