Went to karnivor because fhey have very affordable steak price. Ordered the local tenderloin (medium) with fries and blackpepper sauce. The temperature was a bit off, I think it was more medium well than a medium, but I didn't mind. But a thing that I did mind is that the steak needs more resting time, it was still bleeding when it arrives on my table. At least the steak was not tough and well-seasoned though. The blackpepper sauce was quite savoury, there was a hint of sweetness in it. The fries too, was a bit sweet from the seasoning. Moreover, the veggies were sweet too. So overall, the dish was a bit too sweet for a savoury dish. Such a shame, I would give it higher marks if it wasn't too sweet.
