I visited the gelato shop in the center of Ubud and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Although the price per scoop was quite high, we decided to indulge in some ice cream. Unfortunately, the staff had to struggle to get the ice cream out of the container, which did not look fresh. Upon closer inspection, I even noticed a difference in color in the ice cream, and my friend asked if the ice cream was fresh, to which the staff member assured us that it was. However, the ice cream was far from fresh, and the taste was very poor! In my cheesecake ice cream, there were pieces that had clearly been in the container for several weeks. It was just gross, and I didn't finish my ice cream. It is important for a business to ensure the freshness and quality of their products to satisfy customers and encourage them to return. Unfortunately, this gelato shop did not meet this standard. I recommend everyone not to visit this place and look elsewhere for a better gelato experience!
