The street it's on is not accessible to cars, only bikes. The restaurant has limited fans and can get quite warm. But it has a good view of the street for dining while watching the tourist crowd waltz by. The food is good, especially the sashimi, while the voodoo roll is a must try. The gyoza is a let down, wish they would grill them a little longer. Service is good while the ambience is acceptable.
