Bernadette’s Waroeng in Ubud is equally as excellent in every way as Bernadette’s in Seminyak. While you can’t see the inside of the restaurant from the road you can’t miss the sign and golden umbrella. It’s not far from Alchemy and it is no exaggeration to say you will not taste better Indonesian /Javanese food anywhere! It’s classy, comfortable and the menu and flavours will knock your socks off! I am working my way through the menu which caters well to both vegetarians and meat eaters’. I recommend going there early in your trip so you won’t regret not discovering it earlier. It’s clearly food made with love and you are going to love the way it’s made! 10/10
