See.. every customer that enters a restaurant may face different experiences. On 14/11/2023 me and my wife went inside the restaurant and ordered the biggest dish they had. In my mind, of course they would have card payment as this is a big restaurant chain. But to my bad luck they did not. While i opened my wallet, i was ashamed, i guess the waitress could see that too. She told me not to worry and suggested the cheapest dish from the menu and said sorry (to the guy who doesn't have the cash) i was moved by her and went back happy. This could have gone way worse if i was in a different county. I'm so happy with their care towards the customers. Kudos. PS: The next day we went back and had the biggest lunch in Bali and tipped the waitress well (I'm sure she did not recognize me, i guess its normal for them to behave this sweet)
